Application Instructions:
- Apply nail paint in thin coats.
- For best results, use with our Plumpy Topcoat.
Ingredients Include: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Red 6 Lake (CI 15850), and Yellow 5 Lake (CI 19140).
