How to Use
- 1. Ensure nails are clean and all old nail polish is removed.
- 2. Apply 1 base coat of Collection Spotlight Shine Top & Base Coat and allow to dry.
- 3. Apply 2-3 thin coats of Collection Spotlight Shine Colour Polish, allowing the polish to dry in-between each coat.
- 4. Then apply Collection Spotlight Shine Top and Base Coat for a strong lasting finish.
