Achieve incredible full head blondes, highlights, or balayage using the Colour Freedom Ultra Lifting Powder Bleach combined with the included Colour Freedom White Blonde Toner sachet. This dust-free powder bleach lifts hair up to 9 levels on light blonde to dark brown hair, featuring a gentle, caring shine and protect formula that is kinder on hair and scalp.
The included Colour Freedom White Blonde Toner is essential for neutralizing unwanted brassy and yellow tones immediately after bleaching, allowing you to create the perfect white blonde result without needing to purchase a separate toner.
Usage Instructions:
- For use with Colour Freedom Cream Peroxide Developers, which must be purchased separately (6% or 9% available).
- Mix one 37g Powder Bleach Sachet with one 75ml bottle of Colour Freedom Cream Peroxide in a non-metallic Tint Bowl and apply.
- After bleaching, use the included Colour Freedom White Blonde Sachet to achieve perfect white blonde results and keep away yellow & brassy tones.
Always read the instructions and perform a patch/allergy test two days prior to use.
