Directions: Open cap and squeeze lotion onto hand. Apply lotion 30 minutes before and frequently during exposure to the sun. Ensure that all exposed skin is evenly and generously covered. Always reapply after prolonged swimming or if lotion is rubbed off by towel or clothing.
