This brow pencil offers up to 12 hours of wear and is both transfer and fade resistant. Available in 9 easily buildable shades, you can achieve any desired brow look.
How to Use:
- First, comb the hairs with the spoolie.
- Then, line the bottom of the brow and fill in along your natural brow shape with soft strokes.
- Blend thoroughly with the spoolie for a natural, voluminous finish.
