How to finish off your pedicure?
As with a manicure, seal in the colour on your fresh pedicure with an OPI Top Coat. RapiDry, as the name implies, helps the lacquer set and dry quickly, reducing chances of lacquer smudging before the pedicure if fully dry.
How do I remove cuticle flooding?
